Event Description

When: Monday, March 3rd at 5pm and 8pm Where: Chalet Mizuna, 225 E 7th Ave, Denver, CO 80203 Syncopated is coming back to Denver for another pop-up dinner, this time with a menu inspired by timeless snowy classics! You can't think of Colorado in the wintertime without envisioning a picturesque day on the mountains: the bright sun shimmering off a fresh, fluffy snowfall tempting anyone and everyone to get outside to see what they are made of; that invigorating crisp mountain air transporting you to new heights; the glorious warmth of snuggling next to the fire and relaxing all your troubles away; the way nature makes you marvel at its grandeur with the most mesmerizing views; and of course the wonderment for how such comforting foods can fill our hearts and souls with some of the greatest joys life has to offer! I could not create a Colorado tasting experience during this time of year without evoking the essence of these adventure-filled days and the cozy elegance that comes out from underneath all those layers when it is time to unwind! But why only pay homage to one wintry destination when we are grateful for the uniqueness and deliciousness of so much more? Since every alpine region has such incredible offerings, I wanted to take a ski through as many as possible, giving you all a 'peak' at what makes some of their signature dishes so special. But with a typical Syncopated freestyle, each course will have its own, vegetable-forward spin, giving you an appreciation of its traditional origins while also flurrying you with a penchant for the unexpected carve! There will be two seatings for this event, one at 5pm and one at 8pm. View the menu at the top of the page! We always try to make it possible for anyone to dine at these events. Since I spend most of my time in NYC, a true après-ski moment often eludes me. However, now that I will be in Denver during prime time for this seasonal celebration, I am truly looking forward to whipping up one of my own, showcasing why savoring this ritual on the slopes will never go downhill!
